Dr. Ursula Klostermyer owns and operates Advanced Dentistry. She has completed training as a general dentist then specialized as a prosthodontist. She is proficient in complex reconstructive and cosmetic dental procedures.
These include dental implants, fixed and removable dentures, dental crowns and bridges. Full mouth restorations (a.k.a. full mouth rehabilitations) or single arch restorations are also services provided. Thus, view Advanced Dentistry as two practices in one.
Note that less than 2% of all dentists are trained as Prosthodontists. This involves years of formal post-graduate dental training. Learn more about prosthodontists, – what they do, and how they are trained: click here – Prosthodontists.
Our goal is to determine our patient’s dental needs and concerns. Then we can work up a couple of treatment options. Some cases involve developing detailed treatment plans involving other specialists.
Our patients expect meticulous, personalized dental care using the best labs and biomaterials. This systematic process requires time. Yet it allows us to provide some of the most advanced prosthetic restorative treatments available.
All patients receive the same level of precision, scrutiny and individualized care. Whether they need a full mouth implant-supported prosthesis or a simple cleaning. We welcome young families and those with more complex dental needs. Young families with kids represent a growing part of our dental patient population.
We attempt to conserve and restore existing teeth when practical. Where applicable, we offer the patient different treatment options. This includes consideration of cost expected outcome, longevity and personal care requirements of each option.
We do not adhere to methods and materials prescribed by dental insurance plans. Each patient has ample time for a thorough treatment.
This includes taking exact impressions by hand. We work only with select, detail oriented dental labs. We develop thorough treatment plans and use the most advanced bio-materials.
We focus on tooth shape, alignment, opacity, color, symmetry and natural look. Optimal bite and chewing function are also of paramount importance. We make every effort in both hygiene and restoration to do our very best job. For areas outside our skill set, we work with of a group of allied dental specialists. These include the areas of oral surgery, periodontics, endodontics, and orthodontics.

Considering the importance and cost of dental care you should take the time to assess different providers. Many important decisions are first influenced first by emotions than facts. Try to avoid irrational, impulsive decisions. First, gather facts. Due diligence requires gathering information from more than one source. Assess the dental practice, its people, their qualifications, and other’s reviews.
